Sales Representative - Sports Industry

?? $50,000+ base salary DOE + commission
Are you passionate about sports and energized by sales? A leading company in the sports industry is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is looking to build a long-term career in the sports business world.
? Manage and grow relationships within an existing customer base
? Sell across multiple channels: phone, text, email, online platforms, and in-person
? Identify and pursue new customer prospects
? Engage with buyers via social media and industry groups
? Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and order details
? Provide daily call reports and auction/event summaries
? Collaborate with inventory, fulfillment, marketing, and accounting teams
? Support and help grow the company's auction program with nonprofit partners
? 1-3 years of professional sales experience (preferably in an inventory-based or small business environment)
? Experience with ERP systems
? Strong MS Office and intermediate Excel skills
? Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and online
? High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Professional, polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills
? Reliability, discretion, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
? Knowledge of and enthusiasm for professional sports & memorabilia
? Comfortable selling via phone, email, and online channels
* Competitive base salary + commission
